We are happy to announce that in December 2024, our company organised a unique Company Christmas Eve, which was a great opportunity to integrate and celebrate together. The meeting took place on 20 December and brought together employees to spend time together in a festive atmosphere.

The event did not lack traditional Christmas Eve dishes, as well as moments of reflection and heartfelt wishes. It was a great meeting that allowed us to get closer to each other, get to know each other better and enjoy the magic of Christmas together.

We are glad that we were able to create a memorable atmosphere together, which strengthened our bond as a team. Thank you all for your participation and commitment, and for the warmth that each of you brought to the event.

We look forward to the future and hope that future gatherings like this will be an opportunity to work together even better and further develop our company.

This week, our Recruitment Department had the pleasure of participating in an intensive training session to develop our skills and better adapt to the rapidly changing job market. In the face of increasing competition and candidate needs, continuous improvement is key to success.

Why did we choose this training?

Recruitment is not only about finding the right candidates, but also about understanding their needs and building positive relationships. The training focused on the latest trends in recruitment, including the use of digital tools and competence assessment techniques.

The key themes of the training were:

1. Employer brand management - We learned how to effectively communicate our company values to attract the best talent.
2. Modern recruitment techniques - We learned about tools that facilitate the candidate selection process, including artificial intelligence and data analytics.
3. Interpersonal skills development - Practical classes helped us improve our communication and relationship-building skills with candidates.

After the training, we feel more confident in our roles. We realised the importance of tailoring recruitment strategies to the needs of candidates and the importance of nurturing their experience throughout the process.

We are confident that the knowledge gained from this training will lead to better results in recruitment. We are looking forward to new challenges and the opportunity to put our skills into practice. In September this year, we proudly represented Our Company at the largest International Trade Fair for Traffic and Vehicle Technology Innotrans in Berlin. This is the only opportunity for as many as 3,000 exhibitors from 60 countries to meet in one place, representing their products and innovations in the field of railway technology. This is not only an interesting adventure for us, but most importantly another amazing work experience and a huge step in expanding our jobs at DWL-JOB.

Meeting both current and future contractors was an invaluable experience for us. Now we can share these results with you when all the excitement has subsided. As of today, we are starting new projects and signing long-term contracts with leading companies in the German market.
